We, SNJ Lab, have developed our own trading system and are currently operating it. I implement a defined algorithm and optimize the system for efficient trading. The developed trading system continuously undergoes refactoring and code review, testing the applied algorithm, monitoring and recording bug reporting and correction.

The unconventional conditions and the free culture unique to startups were the biggest reasons for me to decide joining this team. First of all, I came here on condition of a really unconventional salary increase compared to my former boss. It seems that I have more willpower and responsibility to achieve results that match my level of treatment, and my level of immersion also increases. While preparing for the start of SNJ Lab, I shared a lot of concerns about 'a good workplace' with the CEO. We decided that the meaning of the company in the lives of all members, including the CEO, is one of the most important issues in establishing the company. First and foremost, the very reason for joining SNJ Lab is because of its business feasibility. There have been many attempts to approach the field of trading scientifically from the not-too-distant past, now, and will continue to exist in the future. Yet, it is an area that has not been completely conquered. In that sense, SNJ Lab is a company that is making very interesting attempts.

In economics, one of the areas where we can observe the irrational decision-making of people, that is, Animal Spirit termed by the famous British economist, John Maynard Keynes, is probably the stock market. These days, as the number of individuals participating in the stock market increases, it has become even more so. Then it can mean it is just the perfect time to figurize it. Trying to analyze these characteristics with mathematical and statistical approach is considered to be valuable in academic research, such as the development of financial engineering, beyond simple profit generation.
